• Mechanical Diamond Grinding: We don't use weak acid-etching washes. We use heavy-duty walk-behind diamond grinders to mechanically open up the pores of your concrete, removing old sealers, deep oils, and creating a surface profile like fine sandpaper.

• Crack & Divot Remediation: We meticulously patch every single hairline crack, pit, and spalled joint using high-strength polyurea fillers, grinding them flat to ensure a completely seamless, mirror-smooth base layer.

• Commercial Multi-Coat System: We apply a heavy-duty primer layer, a dense broadcast of decorative color flakes for texture and strength, and lock it all down with an incredibly durable, UV-stable topcoat that won't turn yellow under sunlight.
